1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using RealKK, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use features that require acceptance of these terms.

2. Using the portal

Visitors may browse publicly available property information. Features such as posting listings, managing enquiries or accessing subscription benefits may require registration, an eligible plan, verification or other applicable conditions.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Property listing requirements

Users submitting listings must have the authority to provide the information and images they submit. Listings must be accurate to the best of the submitter’s knowledge and must not be misleading, unlawful, fraudulent or infringe another person’s rights.

5. Listing review and removal

RealKK may review, reject, restrict or remove listings that appear inaccurate, inappropriate, unlawful or inconsistent with portal requirements. Publication does not guarantee the accuracy of a listing or the completion of a transaction.

6. Property enquiries and transactions

RealKK provides a platform for property discovery and enquiries. Users should independently verify ownership, documents, location, price, approvals and other material details before making a decision. RealKK does not guarantee that an enquiry will receive a response or that a transaction will occur.

7. Plans and payments

Plan features, prices, duration and eligibility are those displayed during the relevant purchase or upgrade process. Payment confirmation and access to paid features may depend on successful processing and applicable verification. Any refund is subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the portal, submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use listings and contact details for unlawful or abusive purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The portal’s design, branding, software and original content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Users must not copy or reuse protected materials without permission. Users retain responsibility for having the rights to content they submit.

10. Service availability and limitations

We aim to maintain a useful and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, RealKK is not responsible for independent user conduct, inaccurate third-party submissions or property transactions arranged between users.

11. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or restricted where necessary to protect the portal, users or legal compliance, including in response to suspected fraud, misuse or breach of these terms.

12. Changes and contact
